Starting my day at The Sanctuary always brings a sense of purpose. As I carefully check our inventory systems, I ensure our display cases are pristinely organized for another busy day serving the greater Sacramento area.
Customer Care – 10:00 AM
The morning rush begins with locals from Citrus Heights and Roseville seeking guidance on our various products. Many are interested in our CBD selections, while others are looking for specific cannabis strains. Each consultation requires detailed knowledge and patience.
Afternoon Operations – 2:00 PM
Between helping customers from Folsom and West Sacramento, I:
- Update our digital inventory system
- Ensure compliance with state regulations
- Restock display cases
- Answer phone inquiries about operating hours
- Coordinate with delivery drivers
Evening Wind Down – 7:00 PM
As the sun sets over the Sacramento Valley, we begin our closing procedures. Customers from Represa and surrounding areas make their final visits of the day. We meticulously count inventory and prepare detailed reports for tomorrow’s team.
